Raffle terms & conditions

These terms apply to the NSW Design & Construction "Bathroom Giveaway" charity raffle supporting Chris O'Brien Lifehouse. By purchasing a ticket you accept these terms.
1. Promoter
NSW Design & Construction (the "Promoter"). Contact: Anthony@nswdesignandconstruction.com.au. ABN: TBC.
2. Beneficiary
All net proceeds of ticket sales are donated to Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, a registered Australian charity. ABN of beneficiary: TBC.
3. Permit
Conducted under the relevant NSW Fair Trading raffle / trade-promotion permit. Permit number: TBC.
4. Campaign period
The campaign runs for 14 days from the published start date. Draw date: TBC. The Promoter may extend or close the campaign earlier if required.
5. Eligibility
Open to residents of Greater Sydney aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
6. The prize
One bathroom renovation valued at up to AUD $25,000, delivered by NSW Design & Construction at a single eligible property in Greater Sydney. The prize includes standard fixtures and fittings supplied via 7 Days Plumbing & Bathroom Supplies. Home Warranty Insurance will be issued where required by law. The prize does not include structural works outside the agreed scope, upgrades beyond standard inclusions, or a cash alternative.
7. Entry mechanics
Each bundle purchased generates the corresponding number of unique entry numbers. Each entry is assigned a sequential entry number and a verifiable entry code. Entrants will receive an email confirmation listing their entries.
8. Draw mechanics
The winning entry is selected via a cryptographically secure random draw recorded with an audit log. The draw will be conducted by an authorised representative of the Promoter.
9. Winner notification & claim
The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw via the contact details supplied at entry. The prize must be claimed within 90 days and works must commence within 12 months of the draw date. If the prize is unclaimed within 90 days, the Promoter may redraw.
10. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. No card data is stored by the Promoter. Refunds are at the Promoter's discretion and only available in the case of duplicate or erroneous transactions.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the raffle or the prize, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
