NSW Design & Construction respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you enter the Bathroom Giveaway raffle and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name, email address, optional mobile number, postcode, and Stripe transaction details. We do not store any payment card information — that is handled entirely by Stripe.
Why we collect it
To generate raffle entries, send your confirmation and entry codes, contact you if you win, comply with NSW Fair Trading record-keeping requirements, and (only with your explicit consent) send future campaign updates.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing), our managed cloud backend (data storage), and Chris O'Brien Lifehouse only in aggregate form (total raised, number of supporters). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the campaign and a period required to comply with NSW Fair Trading record-keeping rules, then anonymised or deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing Anthony@nswdesignandconstruction.com.au.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal first-party storage and aggregated analytics to measure campaign performance. No advertising cookies are placed without consent.
